Hi, I looked up on the internet and it said that the Iphone would be released in Canada on July 11th. THe problem is, I have a vacation which get s back late ( midnight) on July 11th, and I m afraid all the Iphones will be sold out because they re so cheap. IS there anyway I can pre-order the I-phone and where i can order it, cause I REALLY Want it, for 200 dollars it seems like an amazing deal. I m not an E-bay user and I d rather pre-order/buy at a store, first person with Good, knowledgeable info gets 10 points best answer!!!!!

How long should I expect to be in line for and how early do I need to show?

unless you have been living under a rock you will probably know that the iphone 3G was just released and that its new price is $199. The price of the ipod touch starts at $299 for an 8 gig model up to $499 for a 32 gig model. As you can tell there is a $100 price gap between the two products and the iphone does a lot more. I mean it costs what i paid for an 8 gig ipod nano. will the prices on the nano and touch go down because if mean come on it would be weird to pay the same for and iphone as you would pay for and ipod nano and pay more for and itouch that does less.

This really suprised me since this is a very easy selling point for a camera. I think ATT only has one phone the TILT that has a 3.2MP camera, even though it sucks. What are 2 or 3 reasons why a better camera wasn t included besides price?

Could there be a pro version of the iphone released soon with more memory better camera and metal casing?

Hello. I was wondering if it was better to buy an iPhone from the Apple store.. i live 20 minutes away from one.. or the AT&T store. If i buy it from Apple they won t ask me about my AT&T account (OR DO THEY?) this way i dont have to pay the 175 dollars to cancel my current contract with at&t.. (OR DO I?) is it just like i go to the apple store pick up the iPhone 3G and pop in my AT&T sim or will the iphone tell me i need to start a new contract and get the unlimited data plan .. ANOTHER THING.. does the Apple Store have more 3G iPhones or will AT&T… Does the apple store have a Midnight opening or something… for the 3G iphone.. Will there be AT&T people at the apple store on release day?? Im only 15 can i lie and somehow get my own cell phone plan?? (Not pay as you go) Im already on a family plan with AT&T with my step dad.. how would i go about getting UNLIMITED DATA for just me.. does the data plan come with text messages?? How much would Unlmted Txt and Data cost together?

and myself being with bell canada, is there ANY way to make this phone work for me? OR are there any phones that will work on the BELL Network being released soon that are similar???

I was given an iphone on Monday, the same day it was announced that the iphone 3G was being released. I am not an internet junkie, meaning I do not need to access it at all times during the day which means that while I know the 3G is faster, it is not the end all for me. The things that I wanted changed seem like they weren t - a better camera (still 2 megapixels with the 3G), pix to pix messaging (available but Washington Post reported it will cost $30/mo to do it), and it s basically the same size and looks pretty much the same. Oh and no voice dialing. Plus I read that the plans are going to be $10/mo more for the 3G which offsets the price. So my question is, is it worth it for, someone with basic needs (phone, texting, emailing, and pictures) like me to return my current iphone which is still in its packaging and wait for the new one. Or, because of what I want to do, should I just keep the first-gen one that was given to me?

i bought a blackberry curve with a new contract in the middle of march for At&t, so now they are going to release the iphone 3G on july 11 and i want it bad, so i want to know how long do i need to have a contract for At&t for i can renew it for a new phone or do i have to wait the 2 years for my contract to expire and renew it to buy the Iphone 3G or can i renew it on july 11 with no problem, if i have to pay a deposit it doesnt matter,and no dumb answers either, i am really serious about this

ok i am really excited for the new iphone 3g to be released july 11 and i will probably be purchasing one. My 2 questions are, how much will the plans be (the starting plan on the current iphone for $59.99 a month) and my second question/ concern is how durable is the glossy back and what is it made of? also will it scratch easily. I just opened a 3 year contract with my nokia N95 on rogers, I want to switch my contract over to the iPhone when they release it, there has been some talk that I d have to open a whole new contract just to use the iPhone.

I just want to pay for the iPhone and switch my sim and change my plan around from my N95, I DO NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE IT. I m going to keep my N95 I just want to be able to switch to whatever data plan rogers is going to offer and than buy the iPhone from rogers and use it like that.

Is this possible??

Is the app store released yet for iPod touch and iPhone yet? If not, when will it be released? If so, where can i purchase it. I have an iPod touch and I bought it around February so it came with the January update and I don t know where to buy it. The app store is supposed to be released in June, but it didn t have a specific date.

Ok, so I bought my regular iPhone in March 2008, and since they released the new 3G one, I was wondering if I could trade in my old iPhone for the new one when it comes out?
