I am attending the Liverpool Sound concert this weekend. How much would a cab be from Anfield Stadium to the Central Railway Station, after 11pm?

Also, the event will be busy so will cabs just show up, or should I book in advance? If I need to book, Id appreciate some suggestions for who to use, although I dont know what time it will be finishing so they are unlikely to want to take my booking.

The concert is due to finish at 22:20, and my train leaves at 23:45, is this cutting it fine, or should I be fine for time, considering the congestion the event will cause!
